At PJA, the following cancellation policy applies:
Single Lesson Cancellation Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the cost of one lesson will be charged.
Course Termination (Cancellation of the Entire Contract)
For course cancellations after enrollment, please refer to the terms outlined under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act. Unused lessons can be rescheduled for another date. Refunds or replacements for completed lessons are not available. If there are issues with the service or product, we will consider refunds or re-provisioning.
